3Tchat (hereinafter referred to as "we") respects and protects the privacy of users

(hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user"). When you use 3Tchat, we will collect and use

your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to

as "this policy"). Personal information and strictly keep the personal information you

provide confidential.

We recommend that you carefully read and understand the entire content of this policy

before using this product. Important information including disclaimers and other terms

will be reflected in bold. The definitions of keywords in this policy are consistent with our

3Tchat Service Agreement. This policy can be updated by us online at any time. Once the

updated policy is announced, it will replace the original policy. If you do not accept the

revised terms, please stop using 3Tchat immediately. Your continued use of 3Tchat will be

deemed to accept the revised policy. Once the revised policy is published on 3Tchat, it will

automatically take effect immediately. You understand that this policy and other relevant

regulations apply to 3Tchat and our own DApps on 3Tchat.

1. Privacy Principles

3Tchat has two basic principles when it comes to collecting and processing private data:

• We will not use your data to show you ads.

• We only store the data that 3Tchat needs to be a secure and feature-rich messaging

service.

2. Legal basis for processing your personal data

Our grounds for processing your personal data are that such processing is necessary to

further our legitimate interests (including:

(1) Provide effective and innovative services to our users;

(2) to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud or security concerns regarding the

services we provide), unless these interests are overridden by your interests or

fundamental rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data.

2. What information do we collect about you

Please be aware that we collect your following information for the purpose of meeting

your service needs in 3Tchat, and we attach great importance to the protection of your

privacy. When we collect your information, we will strictly abide by the principle of "lawful,

legitimate and necessary". And you know that if you do not provide the relevant

information required by our service, your service experience in 3Tchat may be affected

accordingly.

We will collect personal information such as your mobile device information, account

information (including account operation records, transaction records, wallet addresses

that may be involved in the account). In order to meet your specific service needs, we will

collect your name, bank card number, mobile phone number and other information. You

know: Your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, and Keystore on 3Tchat are not

stored or synchronized to our server. We do not provide services for retrieving your wallet

password, private key, mnemonic phrase, or Keystore.

When you use functions or services that require real-name authentication, according to

relevant laws and regulations, you may need to provide your real identity information

(real name, ID number) to complete real-name authentication. This information is

personal sensitive information, you can refuse to provide it, but you may not be able to

obtain relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and

services.

When you use information publishing interactive functions or services, including:

①When you post content, comment, or reply, we will collect the information you post

and display your nickname, avatar, and posted content.

②When you use the functions of posting pictures, texts, and pronunciation videos, we will

request you to authorize the camera, album microphone, and storage permissions in a

pop-up window, so that we can obtain the pictures, audio and video you want to publish.

If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will

not affect your normal use of other functions of te.

③When you publish information, we may provide the service of displaying the location.

When you confirm the display location, we will ask you to authorize the geographic

location permission and collect location information related to this service. If you refuse to

authorize the provision of precise geographic location information, you will not be able to

use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of 3Tchat.

④The information collected by users due to the use of our products or services, for

example, the information posted by other users may contain some of your information

(such as: related to you in replies, comments, published graphics, audio and video

information).

When you need to download pictures, data and other related information, we will ask you

to authorize our storage permission in the form of a pop-up window (if you have

authorized 3Tchat to store, you will not be prompted again), so that you can save the

aforementioned pictures, data and other related information .

When you use the search service of "3Tchat", we will collect your search keyword

information and log records. In order to provide efficient search services, some of the

aforementioned information will be temporarily stored in your local storage device, and

can display the search results and search history to you.

In addition to the above, when you jump to a third-party DApp, the third-party DApp will

collect personal information from you. 3Tchat does not hold personal information

collected from you by third-party DApps. When you fill in personal information on

third-party DApps, you should pay attention to the user agreement and privacy statement

related to third-party DApps. We do not assume any responsibility for the loss.

To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal

information in the following situations without your authorization and consent:

(1) Related to national security and national defense security;

(2) Related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;

(4) The collected personal information is disclosed to the public by you;

(5) Collect your personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal

news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

(6) Necessary for maintaining the security and compliance of services, such as discovering

and handling product and service failures;

(7) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations. We collect information in the

following ways:

a. You provide us with information. For example, you fill in your name and mobile phone

number on the "Personal Center" page, or provide your email address when you give

feedback, or you provide us additionally when using our specific services.

b. We obtain information with your consent during your use of 3Tchat, including your

mobile device

information and your operation records on 3Tchat;

2. How we use your information

You understand that when you use 3Tchat-specific features such as private chats, because

end-to-end encryption is used, which means that all data is encrypted with a key known

only to you and the recipient. Without direct access to your device, there is no way for us

or anyone else to know what is being sent in these messages. We do not store your

private chat history on our servers. We also don't keep any message logs in private chats,

so after a short period of time we won't know who or when you messaged them via

private chats. - You can only access these messages from the device from which they were

sent.

When you send photos, videos, or files via private chat, each item is encrypted with a

separate key unknown to the server before uploading. This key and the location of the file

are then encrypted again, encrypted with the private chat key and sent to your recipient.

They can then download and decrypt the file. This means that the file is technically on one

of 3Tchat's servers, but to everyone but you and the recipient, it looks like a random piece

of unidentifiable junk. We don't know what this random data represents or which specific

chat it belongs to, we periodically purge this random data from our servers to save disk

space.

We use the unique serial number of your mobile device to confirm the corresponding

relationship between you and your wallet. We will promptly send you important notices,

such as software updates, service agreements and changes to the terms of this policy. We

provide you with the "Fingerprint Payment" option in the "System Settings" of 3Tchat,

allowing you to manage and use your digital tokens more conveniently and more securely.

We process the feedback you submit to us by collecting your public wallet address and

mobile device information. We collect your personal information for our internal audit,

data analysis and research, etc., in order to continuously improve our service level. In

accordance with the "3Tchat Service Agreement" and our other relevant regulations, we

will use user information to manage and process user behavior. Laws and regulations and

requirements for cooperation with regulatory agencies.

3. How do you control your own information

You have the following independent control rights over your personal information in

3Tchat:

(1) You can import your other wallets into 3Tchat by synchronizing your wallet, or import

your wallet in 3Tchat into other digital token management wallets.

(2) 3Tchat will show you the information of importing the wallet, and you know that you

can modify your digital token type, transfer and receive money through the content of the

"Wallet" section.

You know that in the "Me" section of 3Tchat, you can freely choose to do the following:

(1) In "Contacts", you can view and modify your "Contacts" at any time;

(2) In the "Personal Center", you do not need to provide your name, mobile phone

number, bank card and other information, but you need to provide the above information

when you use specific services;

(3) In "Submit Feedback", you can give us your questions about 3Tchat and suggestions for

improvement at any time, and we will be very happy to communicate with you and

actively improve our services.

You understand that when we collect information from you for a specific purpose, we will

notify you in advance, and you have the right to choose to refuse. But at the same time,

you understand that when you choose to refuse to provide relevant information, it means

that you give up the use

of relevant services of 3Tchat.

You know that you and we have no control over whether your transaction records are

made public, because based on the open source nature of the blockchain transaction

system, your transaction records are open and transparent throughout the blockchain

system.

You know that after you use 3Tchat's function to jump to a third-party DApp, our "3Tchat

Service Agreement" and "3Tchat Privacy Policy" will no longer apply. Regarding your

control over your personal information on the third-party DApp, We recommend that you

carefully read and understand its privacy rules and user service agreements before using

third-party DApps.

You have the right to ask us to update, change and delete your relevant information. You

understand that we may collect your information in accordance with the requirements of

Article 2, Paragraph 6 of this Policy without your authorization and consent.

4. We may share or transfer your information

1. We will store your personal information for business and legal purposes.

2. Without your consent, we will not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to

third parties.

3. If you agree to our disclosure of your personal information to strategic partners or

related parties, we may disclose your personal information to such entities. These entities

will only use your personal information for the purposes for which you have consented.

4. You agree that we may disclose or share your personal information with the following

third parties:

(1) Service providers and data processors who represent us and provide services to us,

such as KYC checks for us, accounting, data processing or management services, website

hosting, maintenance and operation services, mail information services, analysis services,

payment transaction processing, marketing, etc.; and

(2) Our consultants and professional advisers (eg accountants, lawyers, auditors).

5. If we need to transfer your personal information to any other country for the above

purposes, we will obtain your consent and ensure that the recipient of the personal

information has the same level of personal information protection measures as ours. If

there is no personal information protection law applicable to the relationship between us

and you in such a country or region, we will sign a legally enforceable agreement with the

recipient of the personal information.

6. Without your prior consent, the company will not share or transfer your personal

information to any third party, except in the following cases:

(1) The collected personal information is disclosed to the public by yourself;

(2) The collected personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such

as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

(3) To provide or implement this Policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,

5. Automatic Data Collection Technology

1. We use automatic data collection technology in the application. For example:

(1) Cookies (or browser cookies). Cookies are small text files set by website or application

operators

to identify your browser or device. We may use cookie technology to store and track

information on our applications, such as the number and frequency of users, user

distribution, and users' online preferences. Cookies do not capture information that can

identify you, but the information it collects can help us analyze the usage of the

application to improve your experience. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings.

However, this may affect the app's functionality.

(2) Network analysis. Web analytics is a method of collecting and evaluating the behavior

of visitors to web pages and mobile applications. This includes analyzing traffic patterns,

for example to determine how often certain features of a website or mobile application

are accessed, or to understand which information or services are of greatest interest to

visitors. Our app uses web analytics services provided by third-party tools.

6. How do we protect your information

(1) If we stop operating, we will stop collecting your personal information in a timely

manner, announce the notice of the cessation of operation on 3Tchat, and delete or

anonymize your personal information held within a reasonable period of time .

(2) In order to protect your personal information, we will take data security technical

measures, improve internal compliance level, increase internal employee information

security training, and set up security access permissions for relevant data to protect your

private information safely.

(3) We will push information about information security to you in the 3Tchat "Wallet

Guide", and update information on wallet use and information protection in the 3Tchat

"Wallet Guide" section from time to time for your reference.

7. Protection of minors

We have made the following special agreements for the protection of minors under the

age of 18:

(1) Minors should use our related services under the guidance of their parents or

guardians.

(2) We recommend that parents and guardians of minors should read this policy, Under

the premise of "3Tchat Service Agreement" and our other relevant rules, guide minors to

use 3Tchat.

(3) 3Tchat will protect the confidentiality and security of minors' personal information in

accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

8. Disclaimer

(1) Please note that after you access a third-party DApp through 3Tchat, the privacy policy

published by the third-party DApp will apply. The collection and use of your personal

information by this third-party DApp is not under our control and is not subject to this

policy.

(2) We cannot guarantee that third-party DApps will take personal information protection

measures in accordance with our requirements. You should choose and use third-party

DApps carefully, and properly protect your personal information. We are not responsible

for the privacy protection of other third-party DApps.

(3) We will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information as far

as possible under the current technical level to avoid information disclosure, tampering or

damage. We transmit data wirelessly, therefore, we cannot ensure the privacy and

security of data

transmitted over wireless networks.

Nine, other

(1) As a company that provides services to you, we will not actively provide your personal

information to third parties other than those agreed in the agreement, unless we obtain

your consent and inform the other party of your identity, contact information, processing

purpose, and processing method and so on. If we will process your personal sensitive

information due to service needs later, we will solicit your opinion separately again and

use it after obtaining your consent.

(2) If you are a user outside of Singapore, you need to fully understand and abide by all

relevant laws, regulations and rules of your jurisdiction and the use of our services. We

will set up a special personal information protection department. During the use of our

services, if you encounter any problems related to the use of personal information, you

can contact us by submitting feedback on 3Tchat.

(3) You can view this policy and our other service rules in 3Tchat. We encourage you to

review our service agreement and privacy policy each time you visit 3Tchat. Any translated

versions of this policy are provided solely as a convenience to users and are not intended

to modify the terms of this policy. In the event of a conflict between the Chinese and

non-Chinese versions of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.

For matters not covered in this policy, you must abide by the announcements and related

rules that we update from time to time.
